At SDS we offer in-house engineering and manufacturing as well as after sales support services. The company designs and manufactures innovative products for IoT, Mesh radio links, hybrid networks, First responder vehicles and command room.

Gathering data
We start all our client engagements with our discovery process , which initially starts with a team call and some quick questions , which maybe followed by a more in-depth look at the issues or project requirements. We use these data gathering sessions and tools in order to understand our clients operations and get to the specific requirements and how best to deploy the optimal solutions they need.

Planning
Planning is at the heart of what we do and as experts in our fields we pull no punches in the level of detail we like to get into. This detail planning conclude with what the support and maintenance requirements might be on a going forward basis so we are all on the same page via timelines, costs, execution strategies and further collaborations or integrations.

Implementation
Once we are agreed and clear on the project requirements, ongoing costs and delivery or deployment methodologies along with stakeholder roles and responsibilities we assign team leaders to the project who then take and run with the solution delivery aspects and project monitoring.

Results
We are a results oriented company and team – where we value continued feedback, inputs and responses from our internal team members, external partners and ultimate end user organisations. When we see positive results we know we have deployed the correct and appropriate solution at the right price and aim to continue monitoring when our partners and clients require it.
